The staff is incredibly attentive, patient, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable and valued. I especially want to recognize the reception staff. They are always welcoming, kind, respectful, and helpful from the moment I walk in. They make every visit feel easier with their professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns. Their positive attitude and genuine care truly make a difference. Whenever I need help or have a concern, the team is prompt and supportive. The billing department was also very helpful when I had an issue with a balance. They took the time to review the situation and helped get everything resolved, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, Circle Care Center has created an environment where patients feel respected and cared for. I am very happy with the care I receive and grateful for the wonderful team that continues to provide such a welcoming experience.”
