“HomeServe is a great company! I called HomeServe to inform them about an electrical issue I was having with my light switch. The process to get a technician to come out and fix my issue was very simple from start to finish. They asked me my name and address to pull up my warranty. Then called electrical company Circle S Electric to have a technician to call and set appointment to come out to fix the issue.Technician called me under a hour later and set appointment to come out that same day in 45 minutes! He arrived promptly and was very professional! He diagnosed and fixed my electrical issue in under 30 minutes. After he finished he explained all what he did and why. I am very thankful for HomeServe and Circle S Electric whom they chose to come out to fix my electrical issue! Excellence service from both companies!!!“
