“Jeton, George, and Brian were all a part of replacing my air conditioning system. Jeton came first and explained the process thoroughly and was very transparent. He quoted me a very reasonable price. Within a week, the air handler and compressor had arrived. Two days later, George and Brian came to do the install. Everything was left spotless and pristine. They even screwed the doors back on that I had taken off before they arrived to give them access to the air handler. 10/10 service and I will be going to them for all of my future heating and cooling needs.“

“Fantastic execution in replacing my oil furnace, very polite, showed up on time, worked hard, and produced a premium product. Also, replaced and installed my hot water tank with a hybrid tank. Very fair prices. I got several quotes from different HVAC contractors with competitive pricing, but it was Peter who I trusted the most, and I was right. They finished the job in 5 hours in one day (furnace + hot water heater)They are small company and it was a little tricky to get hold of them sometimes, but that is because they were so busy in peak season in Nov/Dec. Be patient, their work is worth the wait.“

“I contacted DUCTZ of LI during a family health emergency during which I was concerned about the air quality in my elderly mother's home. I knew I needed to address the system -- neglected for many years -- with expert care. Dean returned my call very quickly and then worked with me to come the next day even though I had my own host of difficult scheduling constraints. His calm attitude, flexibility, and understanding nature were all appreciated during a stressful time. He did a thorough assessment of the entire HVAC system, took photos documenting what work needed to be done, and spent time explaining the rationale for each piece. Given the scale of the project, a very reasonable quote was provided in 48 hrs and the work was scheduled promptly. His team arrived at the house on time and were extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They utilized mats, plastics, vacuums, and a HEPA \\\"containment zone\\\" to keep everything neat and clean.
