This review is long overdue, but life gets in the way.

I was pleasantly surprised by the more than prompt service call & follow up which happened ahead of schedule (we know this is not the usual response from contractors)! I also requested a quote for which a change was necessary & there was no complaint/delay. I am the one dragging my feet, but use your feet to run, not walk, if you need their help.

These guys are a rare find in HVAC. They respond very quickly, even on weekends, and were always able to have someone on site within 24hrs. They are very reasonably priced and take the extra time to explain the issues fully so I am educated on preventative maintenance. Ventrella was recommended by another Easton family and will be the only HVAC company I use going forward.

Nick and his team were terrific from start to finish. When quoting for the new heat pump system other vendors noted one potential issue each, Nick noted all 4 of them. This gave us confidence that we were dealing with a detail oriented, experienced hvac engineer who was not going to spring any last minute costly surprises on us. Ventralla mechanicals does a great job and stands by their work.
