I have used Steve Basso Plumbing & Heating several times since I moved to Stratford two years ago, and I highly recommend this company. They are responsive, friendly, timely and extremely knowledgeable and professional.

We had to say goodbye to our 50+ year old boiler and replace it with a new HE Gas unit. I’ve used Basso Plumbing & Heating for over 10 years for maintenance and plumbing. I was always impressed with how kind everyone was to us from the front office to everyone that visited the house. I recently took their recommendation to replace my water heater and boiler to a single efficient system. They showed up at 7:30 am and stayed past 9 pm to knock the cover off the ball. They completed a multiple system renovation in one day. We gained much more space and a system that is near silent but most importantly, we cut our costs from $250 to $35 a month.
