Jerry Petrini Is fantastic and put us into a system that was appropriate for the home even though a lot of other companies would have upsold me. He was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process. He also gave me excellent advice on taking care of the system and I also signed up for annual maintenance. We went with a cooling system. I also asked about a new heating system and he told me mine was still in good shape even though he could have easily just sold me a new one. You cannot go wrong choosing Pack-Timco. I had a completely new HVAC system a couple of month ago. Jerry P. Is a friendly, respectful and knowledgeable sales person. He answered all my questions and he even remember I have a dog from a years prior visit! I chose a Lennox system which is a big investment for my budget. Pack-Timco offers financial services thru Service Finance Company, LLC. The application process was very simple and straightforward. Hector Rojas is a truly excellent heating/cooling technician. His attention to detail led him to propose an adjustment that will make our heat pumps function more efficiently this year. Plus, he explained our system in such a clear way that now -- for the first time -- I understand how it works.
