Successful quote, install of replacement home heating system by Pack-Timco. The furnace is higher efficiency than my 28 year old one that was original to single family home. Great communication throughout the process. The install was with a talented crew who got me 'in business' on schedule. Very fair and clear to understand proposals. I would recommend.

Our geothermal system was installed by another vendor. We recently hired Pack-Timco under an annual maintenance agreement. When the A/C failed on our main floor, they sent a repair person that day. Jerry was able to trouble-shoot a flaw in the original installation. He discovered that the load was too much for the transformer that was originally installed. During his call, he was able to add a second transformer and things are working perfectly now.Service: Repair HVAC
