I had GH Tech's name given to me by a long time friend who is neighbors with the owner. I lucked out. Glen, Alex and crew were courteous, professional and they did nice work. They came exactly when they said they would. No one does that anymore! The manager of the operations and scheduling, Mariella was always responsive and on point. Great place. I don't even want the secret out but they were so nice I would feel bad not posting!
I cannot say enough great things about Glen and his HVAC company. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, Glen continues to set the standard for what professionalism, reliability, and genuine care should look like.
Earlier today, I noticed the temperatures in our facility were starting to creep higher than normal. I called with a hvac and thermostat issues and Glen was able stop by in the afternoon and solve the issues.
He was on time and explained all the steps needed to fix the issues. Highly recommended!
