Could not be happier with the service provided! Responded within an hour and came to our house the same day to properly re-install our toilet and seal off any drain flies from coming into our bathroom. Very reasonable pricing and excellent communication
Fast, competent response to our need to replace a leaking water heater. Came out the same day I called to give a quote. New heater installed the next day. No fault of theirs, but the new water heater made the hot water smell of oil. After a quick -- next day -- attempt to purge and clean it, they got the manufacturer to cover a complete replacement, and had it installed within a week of the original install. Very responsive and caring service! They took our problem very seriously and resolved it efficiently. I will call the again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone wanting reliable, honest, and fairly priced plumbing services.Service: Water heater… read full review
Neil and RIck are excellent plumbers. I've used them for 15 years and they know their stuff. CT has a lot of acidic water which makes pinholes in copper pipes, and even when you change to pex sometimes the connectors leak. These guys do their best to remedy this. Highly recommend!Services: Plumbing pipe repair
