“Anytime you need absolutely anything related to your well, please call Rob Rozz!!! I can't say enough about how great he and Tom were throughout this whole process. Rob was attentive, responsive, kind, thorough, and really goes above and beyond. We had our entire well feet numbers incorrect when we got him out, and he didn't even bat an eye to still do the job for us and work with us the best way he could after the job had taken a more difficult turn. Tom, who was there helping, was extremely intelligent in explaining everything to us as well and answering our numerous questions. I could not recommend Rob Rozz enough and will be referring them to everyone in need of any well pump repairs/installations. As a matter of fact, we need a new water softener as well at some point in the near future, which I now have to do no research in finding a company because we will be hiring Rob Rozz again!“

“Great experience - lost power to our well and they came out with an hour and had us all patched up with a temporary initial fix. Then returned right away for the larger fix the following day. Very helpful and communicative during the process with reasonable pricing considering it was an emergency and they had to dig with semi-frozen ground. “Zeke’s Pump Service is outstanding and an exceptional company. Look no further! Our water pump motor stopped working on the weekend. I had called another company, not knowing about Zeke’s yet. That company came out the next morning and proceeded to present us with an outrageous estimate to convert our system and told us that we would be without water for two more days. They also charged us for the emergency call and the evaluation. The next evening, two of my friends told me that they had worked with Zeke’s Pump Service, and they were extremely happy. So, I called the emergency number late on a Sunday evening. Not only did they answer, but it was the owner Craig who took my call. I explained what happened and what the previous company quoted. “Mr. Martinelli and Margaret are close to angels you will ever meet. Years ago when I didn't have hot water for 5 years he helped me with a hot water heater knowing I couldn't afford one I didn't even have running water in my kitchen because I had no kitchen. I couldn't keep up with the house repairs because of no money. Unfortunately after my husband died and my mom at the same time I lost everything and eventually my house and became homeless but I will always remember how he was there for me and Margaret Mr. Martinelli is a strict person but with a big hearrt.

“Our septic system backed up, & I called Green Clean to come help me with it. One of the nicest man I have ever met came, explained explain the entire process of inspection and possible repair that I might need. He ask a lot of questions about the problems we were having, and he walked me around the house to show me where the septic field was. Once he determined where the possible problem was, he got right to work, was very neat, and organized. In a very short time he was done with the repair, the septic work perfectly (and is still working), and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. During our conversation he mentioned that he also does real estate inspections, and septic pumping, as well as cleaning of drains and septic maintenance. I think that in the future in order to avoid any further problems with my septic, I will have him come out to the house on a regular basis to an sure my septic works properly.“
