Daniel was awesome - super friendly, funny, personable, smart, and real. Normally I can tell when someone’s doing the “customer service” thing, but Daniel wasn’t like that at all - he genuinely, legitimately cared, and happily taught me approximately 27 new things about my system, hahah. He was fully open/honest, explained everything so clearly, and was crazily efficient while still taking the time to answer my Q’s - and to ask ME if I had any questions, ensuring my ADHD-brain actually understood all that he was doing, lol.

emailed/texted ahead, called when close, showed up on time, polite, friendly and knowledgeable, Gave me pricing to repair and looked at my equipment. Told me they could have given me a price from the office as the repair is a standard fee. That surprised me. He felt the replacement was feasible and probably a good idea.
Overall he was very friendly. The only thing was when I opened the door he didn't introduce himself nor say he worked for your company and just walked right in, even before I said are you OK with dogs. Just asked where the units were and went to work.
