The entire process was quick, easy, and professional, and I felt the pricing was very fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. Her dress was definitely complicated, especially with the corset bodice, but the alterations were flawless. You would never know the dress had been taken in where the corset met the skirt.

They have an 18 flat rate for all hemming alterations for pants; which is nice and affordable! and they only charged me $30 to alter a dress I was going to wear to a wedding. Cheapest tailors I’ve ever been to in Connecticut! I’ve inquired with other tailors who charge $50, $120, etc for the same alterations I got done here. You can’t beat the price! “Kala Dumas happens 2 be of the belief that a public establishment is exclusively designed for HER PERSONAL use and not that of others. My suggestion would that she'd consider making a small investment on a personal Washer & Dryer @ whereby she would not have worry about her items being handle other folks using a public facility in desperate need of the same time & consideration... However, this would a level consideration toward others which I'm inclined to be believe that does not Possess... unfortunately.....“
