I am absolutely baffled by my experience here. I dropped off pants last week to be hemmed for vacation—one pair in particular was a cream pair with a Hawaiian floral print. When I picked them up, they had an orange stain at the bottom. Instead of being returned to me in wearable condition, I was told the stain would “come out in the wash.” That alone was frustrating—why hand me back something in a condition requiring more work? But since I was leaving in two days, I took them home and washed them. Twice. The stain didn’t budge.

I got two items altered. They have an 18 flat rate for all hemming alterations for pants; which is nice and affordable! and they only charged me $30 to alter a dress I was going to wear to a wedding. Cheapest tailors I’ve ever been to in Connecticut! I’ve inquired with other tailors who charge $50, $120, etc for the same alterations I got done here. You can’t beat the price! Plus the lady that’s usually at the front is super nice and accommodating! I’ll come back if I need services in the future.Service: Alterations

Love this spot, central for running errands and pickup during the week and on the weekends. Grab a coffee next door at Starbucks and some groceries at the crown along with your clothes. Note: pickup times normally not until 5pm the day your drop off is ready so be sure to plan around that or go in the morning on a following day.
