I wish I could give them a 6! Literally an amazing experience. Vilinda worked some magic on a suit that was FAR too large for me. Her positivity and personality seal the deal. Having had to wait for a bit when I got there (my fault: make an appt and stick with it), I was able to witness her interaction with another customer. Just as positive as mine. Excellent work. I needed a suit altered in a bit of a hurry, it got done in time and looks great! Will be coming back in the future
Vilinda literally saved my life this week! I was attending a wedding and my dress arrived VERY late, and very wrong! It had several extra inches of room around the bodice and was strapless so it could just slide off. Vilinda went above and beyond and saved the day with fantastic alterations (without removing the fabric fully so it could be let back out if needed!) and while doing incredibly intricate work on the embroidery overlay. She did this in record time and the rush fee was very fair! The dress looked seamless when she was done with it and she also steamed it and bagged it for me so it wouldn’t get wet.
