Reviews
I was negligent in picking up an area rug for quite awhile. I was worried it might be gone but to my relief you still had it in the store. Very professional and the girl who helped me said that they never get rid of anything. I spread the word to everyone I see.
I love Tide Cleaners! The workers there are always friendly. I once had a large volume of clothing and one of the articles was slightly damaged with a sticky zipper and detached strap. I asked if they could fix the strap and they said it could take up to a few business days since they outsource that particular labor. I needed the pickup sooner so I declined. Upon picking up the articles, however, I noticed that the strap was indeed fixed. It was a small gesture that meant a lot to me in that time. They do a great job at an affordable price point. I am now a loyal customer with the mobile app and all. Thank you, Tide Cleaners Meriden!
