The pick up & delivery laundry service is fantastic -- all items returned neatly folded and well-cared for. The dry cleaning is also excellent, and very convenient with reasonable prices for large & heavy items like duvets. Highly recommend!

I took a dress for a wedding to be hemmed and altered a bit. The tailor was to hem and take in some of the fabric on the top where it was bunching a bit ($70+). When I took it home and tried it on, it was not fitting correctly so I had to take it back. He then charged me another $33 to fix what he was supposed to have done in the first place and totally changed the front of the dress, so that I had to undue the tacking he did and re-do it myself. Will not use the tailoring service again.Service: Alterations
