“He was right on time when I contacted him for an appointment. My sister who owns this property was not able to handle some things. I stepped in and as her younger sister took care of some things around the "home" that needed to be taken care of. I called and made an appointment for him to come and drain all the water sources including the hot water tank, and the pipes from the well. He was on time, and he took care of everything. A very nice young man (I can say that as I am 81) and all went great. Sorry no photos - this old lady is lucky she knows how to use the internet sort of.“

“The work I had done by Cool Breeze went right. My 1977 house with electric baseboard heat needed an upgrade! Cool Breeze came on time, spec'ed out a whole-house mini-split ac/heat system.
