The experience he had from the moment we walked in and met with the nicest receptionists at the front the desk, to meeting with the assistant prior to meeting the Dr. and then meeting with he Dr. was simply Wonderful. For a first timer as a child, my son was nervous before going, but they all made him feel comfortable and he left there confident and is looking forward to wear his first pair of glasses soon! It was an amazing experience. From start to the end of the visit. The staff were friendly,Respectful and extremely professional. I would highly recommend this location. “Clean, friendly, provides information/answers to questions in the common person’s language. However, locating your office is a-bit sketchy…signage is up high and on the side of a building!“

“They understand an emergency here. I was basically flying blind- they got me in next day, and as a first time I’d say it was a pretty great experience. The doctors are through and care. My optometrist was the sweetest woman, and she even told me I have a freckle in the back of my eye (hidden angels kiss). I never knew, but just some fun! I would definitely recommend, in addition to bringing my family here!“

The gentleman who helped me was friendly and I was afraid to ask for two pairs and so I just asked for one and anyway he hooked me up anyway. I don't currently need glasses but if I do, I'll come by! This place was clean & it seemed there were at least 3 associated there to help out customers which is impressive for 12:00 noon on a Monday. Thank you !!“
