Shalon was very helpful during my daughter’s regular checkup, but she was an absolute saint during her contact lens class. My daughter took almost an hour to get the first contact in, and Shalon was so patient, kind, encouraging and helpful the entire time.

Shalon (the tech) was lovely. She explained everything that we were doing. She was very organized and quick. I have generally always had a good experience here- but it was bought by private equity so not sure if that will continue.
