Check in, pre exam preparation and eye exam were all professionally conducted. Selection of new glasses was amazing as a I was looking for a pair for a historical moment spanning more than 150 years in the past (1925) and hopefully equally more into the future. Thank you, this was successful!
This was my first visit at King Family Eye Care with Dr. Cropper. The doctor I had used for years retired. They have great reviews which helped decide to give them a try. Everything from start to finish was good. Easily scheduled appointment on-line. Received an email with instructions and forms needed for the appointment which saved a lot of time up front. The staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Cropper was friendly and explained everything to me. Also answered any questions I had. No complaints what so ever and I join those who recommend this practice.
