“Great experience with Micah, Dr Rock, Rosa, Tom and the entire crew at Warby Parker. I’ve been going to a local optometrist and haven’t been happy with my result. Warby Parker has streamlined everything making my exam quick and friendly. I went through glasses and ended up with a pair I didn’t set out to get all thanks to Micah’s expert fitting. The entire team in this store is great (I’m sorry I don’t have everyone’s name). The only thing I wish is they weren’t in WestFarms, rather I’d prefer they were in a more convenient location like the Shoppes at Evergreen Walk and had a larger location but kudos for the great service.“

“Excellent service from the very beginning. The staff was kind, attentive, and always willing to guide us through the entire process. Even though Spanish is not their native language, they made a great effort to assist us in Spanish and even helped with translation during the vision exam. Carlie, a very sweet woman, was the one who guided us through this excellent experience. I live in Florida and was able to give a special gift to someone close thanks to the great service at this optical store.“

“Dr. Hong is a fantastic optometrist. He will give you an accurate prescription. He will take the time necessary and not rush as so many others do. He was so patient with my kiddo who wanted contact lenses. He patiently taught her to put them in and take them out and he genuinely cares about our eye health.
