MyEyeDr provides a great experience, with a efficient and thorough process. The doctors and technicians are friendly and take the time to explain everything clearly. They go the extra mile to ensure patients understand their exam results and provide personalized attention. The front desk staff is also highly rated, with China being particularly helpful in addressing any issues and finding cost savings for patients.
I had a fantastic experience here. I had gone to other locations before never had a bad experience but this store in particular stood out. Everyone wanted to help they were appropriately paced and thorough! I had never been given a break down of my exam like I received from Dr. Nguyen he was excellent!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

What really made it memorable, though, was the team. China and Mr. Nieves brought the perfect mix of professionalism and personality. They didn’t just hand me frames—they got me. They understood my face shape, style, and somehow made picking glasses feel like a styling session, not a chore. I left feeling confident and taken care of.

Great experience. The whole process was very efficient but not rushed. Dr. Tran took the time to explain all the things he had looked at and what everything meant, which was a first for me. Will definitely come back.
