Excellent service from the very beginning. The staff was kind, attentive, and always willing to guide us through the entire process. Even though Spanish is not their native language, they made a great effort to assist us in Spanish and even helped with translation during the vision exam. Carlie, a very sweet woman, was the one who guided us through this excellent experience. I live in Florida and was able to give a special gift to someone close thanks to the great service at this optical store.
I went to American best for new men's glasses, they were very helpful and friendly, they help me pick out a new pair of glasses, I went to several different eyeglasses locations and I had a pair saved at lenses crafter ,I told my wife this is the last place if we don't find one then we go to lense crafter,we'll I found a pair that all the other places didn't have and Kari the general Mgr help me ,she took care of me and told me how much it would cost and I was sold ,she fitted me and did everything she was supposed to do and beyond, she was very friendly and professional, I will definitely come back to this store and so will my wife for her glasses next month .I would...read full review
