Most recently we discovered a problem as a result of a bad thunderstorm. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue and provided two options. While here, they identified a serious problem that required an EverSource intervention. They directed me on how to explain the issue to EverSource so they could understand the situation and make it a priority, which they did. Without their help, we could have had a serious problem. They also called later that day to see how we made out which was quite surprising and appreciated. “First off, I have to state the owner is super responsive. I had a situation where over the winter my pipes burst and I honestly didn't know who to turn to in crunch time, so I just gave it a shot and gave a call. To my surprise he was able to come out the same day and was able to complete the job. The came back to fix something else that I couldn't do myself. And on top of that I had another leak in which AGAIN he was able to come out the same day and fix it. Highly recommend him and his partner.“
