Update: this review was left for Chikos HVAC who later sold to PARACO. The review is not for PARACO. I used this company again because my first experience was so good. They surpassed my first experience! I got a whole new HVAC system. Mike gave me the estimates, often responding on the weekends. Ashley helped me apply for financing through ESmart loans. I could not have done this without them. All nice people, too. A++./Quick response time. Came when they said they would. Friendly and polite. Gave me an estimate and insurance documents. Price paid was price quoted. Polite and quiet staff who cleaned up after themselves. Great job!
Great fast service. Paraco has always been reliable and transparent. I had an emergency overnight and they were there first thing in the morning. Repair completed and my mind was at ease within an hour.
I recently had trouble with the furnace not starting and staying running. Paraco sent two technicians to look at it. i an not sure what they did but the furnace is running better than it has in years. Thanks Paraco
