I had an OUTSTANDING experience with Tom, from The Greenwich Locksmith. I was having trouble with the locking mechanism on my door. Tom answered the phone, committed to an appointment within 24 hours, arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and made sure everything was in great shape when he left.
