I had such a great experience with Diana and Carolina! From the moment I walked in, they were both so welcoming and professional. The studio was very clean, comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Carolina did my lash lift and brow lamination and explained everything step by step throughout the process, which made me feel completely at ease. Carolina really spent a lot of time analyzing my eyebrows methodically and delivered the look I was searching for- not someone else's preconceived idea! I have a childhood scar bisecting one eyebrow making symmetry a challenge. Not only was she very precise, but the experience was relaxing and fun! I never felt pressured and she Really cared! Amazing client focus!
