It was my first visit to the Bare Man and My first time waxing. While it was almost an hour drive, they offered professional services that I could not find elsewhere. I was a little apprehensive. Guido was extremely professional and warm and friendly, and despite the awkward positions that were necessary, made me feel completely at ease and relaxed. I was discreetly covered and uncovered only in areas that needed to be for the services I had requested. All the while, friendly and warm conversation. It was well worth the drive to this spotlessly clean studio. I also had a Facial with James. Again, he was professional, warm and friendly. He pretty much followed my lead and chatted when I did, and when I began to fall asleep, continue to work this magic. All in all, this was a very positive experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

He held me and my wife's hand through the entire process; kept us calm when dealing with a neglected subfloor, gave tips on the actual material that saved us thousands and was a positive guy that you actually enjoy interacting with even through as something stressful as a rennovation. The owner provided a detailed list of work items to be completed and a price in writing in advance. Everything was very transparent from start to finish. We hired them to relay and regrout a large stone patio around a pool, and a walkway at the front of the house, based on the recommendation of our neighbor who had done a similar project. Our project included cutting and replacing broken slabs. Both the owner and son are driven by excellence in the quality of their work and want to exceed your expectations. They were very easy to deal with and open to making adjustments. We are very happy with our new patio and walkway and look forward to working with them on future masonry projects. My gf adopted a senior cat who has had every health issue possible and Dr. Gina and Dr. Shannon along with their talented, passionate and kind team have treated her as if she was one of their own. Similarly, they treated us with patience and respect during difficult news which was extremely appreciated. They go above and beyond and truly CARE about their patients.
