I worked with the Araujo’s brothers for several months on a TOTAL renovation of a 2800 square foot house, during the Covid period, with constant stops and material shortages. Despite all the difficulties, Charleston and Tiago stayed within budget, had a solution for every unexpected issue for which they were not responsible. They also have an excellent taste ! They work with competent teams. The atmosphere on the site was efficient and reassuring. I also greatly appreciated the ease of communication with them. They never got upset and were always courteous. If I renovate another house, it is not conceivable to use another company.
Charleston and the team did great work on a stone wall, converting an old wooden deck into a beautiful stone patio, expanding our driveway, and solving irrigation issues in our back lawn. They finished on time and on budget. Great to work with.
Charleston and Tiago did a big project for us where they demolished an old garage and rebuilt a new garage with an involved covered kitchen behind it. They were able to match the stonework of our house to the new garage! A pleasure to work with!
