“Two years ago on the weekend before Thanksgiving, the temperature turned down to the teens. Our Gas furnace was locked out so not starting for some reason. I called the company that installed it two years earlier and they said they don't do weekends anymore or emergency. So I called around to no avail. Finally, I called Joe and he stated he was flat out because of the sudden snap in temp. Then he called back and said I can't leave anyone with no heat in this 18-degree temp. He came by and fixed what was wrong, got heat back up, and has been great ever since.“

“Tom installed two faucets in my house a couple of months ago. Tom is a true professional. He is quite knowledgeable and experienced in his area. I was first trying to decide if I wanted to repair or replace the faucets. He gave me the correct advice that the parts are discontinued so we should just replace the faucets. After he replaced the faucets, one of them had a slight leakage problem but he returned back the very next morning and fixed the issue and explained why the issue had happened. While he was at my house, he pointed to some other plumbing/water issues and provided his opinion on the matter.
