Water Heater Installation/Repair in New Milford

“Daniel was awesome - super friendly, funny, personable, smart, and real. Normally I can tell when someone’s doing the “customer service” thing, but Daniel wasn’t like that at all - he genuinely, legitimately cared, and happily taught me approximately 27 new things about my system, hahah. He was fully open/honest, explained everything so clearly, and was crazily efficient while still taking the time to answer my Q’s - and to ask ME if I had any questions, ensuring my ADHD-brain actually understood all that he was doing, lol.

I really appreciated how straightforward he was - there was zero unnecessary upselling/“making things sound worse than they are”, just transparency about what he was doing, things he found, recommendations, and logical, honest discussions about what *actually* needed to be done vs. what could wait. He was quick + wildly thorough, double-checking each and every thing he did, proving he definitely knows his stuff and is passionate about it. I’m lucky he was the tech I got today - Daniel was just a really enjoyable, intelligent person to have over and speak to while he worked, which isn’t something I usually say about getting things in my house back in working order. 😂

Now my furnace is serviced, and he happily agreed to send over quotes for anything else he’d noticed while working!
