D'Mario helped me strengthen muscles that had atrophied, and through that, restored balance on both sides of my body which magically relieved the pain I had been feeling in my neck and shoulders for years. A fun side effect to it all was how much stronger I looked and felt as a result of our work together too!“

Working with Jaleel has been great, and the work outs are no joke! He is extremely on top of everything. Even being a virtual client, he made it a point to check in constantly to see how the program was working for me individually. The app Jaleel uses to facilitate the daily workouts is efficient, and is easy to follow. Step by step instructions on how and when to complete which exercises within each circuit. The only effort needed is the effort put forth to get through the work outs! I would highly recommend Wingard Fitness to any one looking to better themselves, or start their fitness journey.
