“Reliable was fantastic when we had an issue with old furnace in December. I have been dealing with Antonio for a few years and he knew how nervous I was with having a new baby in the home and wanting to ensure all was safe. When I contacted him about the issue he came out right away and addressed the situation. He said it was safe and would be ok to wait for summer to replace furnace. But I insisted on asap. So he quickly got the quotes together and once I confirmed he got us scheduled for install asap which was tough due to the holidays but they did it ! Needed furnace and oil tank replaced. They did it in two days and were very punctual and extremely clean and efficient. Nice to have a company you trust and even more importantly listen to you the customer. Once Dave and his team arrived they looked at my boiler, hot water heater, et al, played with a couple wires and levers, and had this diagnosed in a couple of minutes. I thought I was going to need a new boiler - they fixed the problem, at a very reasonable cost. Honest and talented people here.“

“I am new to the Ridgefield area. I needed a few small bathroom fixes. They arrived on time and fixed 2 of the 3 issues. The dripping shower needed a cartridge that they did not have with them. They assured me that it would be a 10 minute fix with the correct cartridge. I stressed that I was looking to find my long term plumber and to not forget to come back. That was over 3 weeks ago. My shower still drips (how many gallons literally down the drain?). I called the office after about a week and was promised a call back with info as to when they would come. That was two weeks ago.
