Reliable is just that and more. They have been maintaining my heating system for several years. Great customer and professional service. They are not only reactive but pro active. Just a few days ago they were not pleased with a part which still functioned but was on its last legs. It was covered in my service contract, replaced with the latest upgraded version. The performance difference is duly noted. The service technician explained the issue in detail. Five star service. They notify you when they are arriving, on time and on schedule.
