Being able to speak at a normal level without sensory overload of multiple stylists, loud conversations and machines running was exactly what I needed.

The entire experience was relaxing, serene and peaceful. I was even able to take a work call and respond to a few emails while my color was processing, which is something I’ve never been able to do at a traditional salon. I came in for my appointment on the wrong day, but they helped me work out an earlier appointment with care, calling other stylists to check availability and communicating with me to make sure my expectations could be met. For my appointment, Dierdre was so open to hearing out all my hopes for the cut despite how hesitant I was. She was encouraging and gave input when I needed but nothing pushy.
