I came in for my appointment on the wrong day, but they helped me work out an earlier appointment with care, calling other stylists to check availability and communicating with me to make sure my expectations could be met. For my appointment, Dierdre was so open to hearing out all my hopes for the cut despite how hesitant I was. She was encouraging and gave input when I needed but nothing pushy. I was a little shocked with my new length, but the staff helped me warm to my short length. I will be bringing my family here after searching for a salon all year.
