“I loved my experience at this Salon! The stylist I scheduled with initially was sick that day. The salon gave me the option of having another stylist, or rescheduling. I took the 2nd stylist who turned out to be wonderful. Ashlyn was cheerful and kind - and even did not blink when I told her I had been cutting my own hair and it probably was going to need some major reshaping. That's exactly what she did. I have curly hair, and she was clearly very skilled. I loved my hair immediately and still love it 2 weeks later! This salon has warm and friendly atmosphere, and I left with a couple of free product gifts!! (I love free stuff!) I will definitely be back and can highly recommend this salon and Ashlyn!“

“I had a really nice experience at this salon, now twice, with Penny. (Peter helped me when I called for my first appointment and could not have been nicer, as well!) What sweet people! I am a big planner and I have a baby on the way so it's nice to be able to ask prices and questions and have it be a pleasant conversation. I also ask a ton of questions during the appointment and discuss color and Penny is always sweet, helpful, and very knowledgeable! She does an amazing job on my highlights and I always feel worlds better afterwards.“
“Sep 14 Update:one of their most experienced stylists saw me yesterday and did a fantastic job fixing my haircut. She was quick and efficient and extremely friendly and professional!I gave the salon 5 stars for customer service and 4 stars overall because it took three visits to get my haircut right (blunt bob).Update:I returned 2 weeks ago to get the haircut fixed. Unfortunately wasscheduled with an entry level stylist who , to my dismay, made the issue worse as I lost length but cut still uneven. Current “style” is about 1/2 inch longer on the right side. I noticed the issue a couple of days later. Had not been able to return to get it fixed as I was out in a business trip on the west coast. The stylist was very friendly and gave me full service (shampoo and hair dry — even though I told her the shampooing wasn’t necessary I said I had just washed my hair earlier that day. I made sure to leave a good tip)I have an appt today (Sep 13) , this time I requested to be seen by the owner, who is an experienced stylist.Very nice salon with professional and friendly front desk staff/staff. For this I would give 5 stars.However, giving 2 stars to the hairstaylist who cut my car yesterday. Eventhough she was friendly the haircut was bad.It was uneven (obviously longer on one side) and I had to tell her to fix it. Despite her attempts at fixing it it is still wrong :( ----- and now I have to return to the salon to get it fixed --- hopefully by someone with more experience.“

“This was the first time that I was at this salon and I will say that it was worth the trip in the snow. Christine was my miracle worker. She explained everything as she went along and I was very pleased with the results. This is the first time in a very long time that when waking I did not look like Medusa . Christine is a very talented hairdresser and artist. It is a bit of a trip for me but I surely will be back. . ??“
