My wife set up an appointment after some mice issues the last few days.Alisha showed up at the door, armed with minimal notes and was attentive in listening to my rant about what my wife was concerned about.Alisha went on to check everything she could even asking me to move items to check behind them. I loved that.She went into the depths of our crawl space under our home to find issues and patch entrance points. She worked hard, did everything she could be rectify the situation, create a follow up and offer solutions. Absolutely a different level than other pest companies. Just facts about what was going on. Explained in laymen terms that I could understand. Yale Pest Control was one of several companies I had come and examined my issue. They seemed to be the best fit for what was needed. There is no pressure to sign. Price was in the range of the other outfits, cheaper than most. Highly recommend them.“
