Only reason I give it 1 star is because they're non-responsive. I can't even get someone to call me back to get an initial quote/inspection. Obviously I'm not going to move forward because if just becoming a customer is difficult, I couldn't even imagine being able to reach them for routine treatment.TLDR -- it's possible that they're out of business and this listing is outdated, because I called and left voicemails multiple times
Dom was an extremely courteous and helpful technician. I felt he went above and beyond to make sure our pest needs were met. And Theresa in the office always got back to me right away. Great customer service all around! I will be using them going forward.
Our company has been using them for years and through it all, they have always been there for our company. Whether it's for on call, after hours, emergencies in the middle of their otherwise pre-scheduled day they have never let us down. They are informative and knowledgeable about their trade and have incorporated a best practices policy with that in mind. I would use them time and time again.
