I am a returning customer after unsuccessfully completing our own pest control for a couple years. I called today to re-enroll in the 365 program, due to yellow jackets swarming near my door and crawling under the siding of our home. Our technician, Walter J came out the same day and treated the area, as well as the whole perimeter of the home. Walter was professional, courteous, and kind when completing the work and reviewing his findings. He was understanding of my concerns with the yellow jackets around my children and even high-fived my toddler while discussing the treatment of the property.
