The office was polite and patient with my questions. The technician that came, Alex, was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient about my questions. No fear/scare tactics. Just facts about what was going on. Explained in laymen terms that I could understand. Yale Pest Control was one of several companies I had come and examined my issue. They seemed to be the best fit for what was needed. There is no pressure to sign. Price was in the range of the other outfits, cheaper than most. Highly recommend them.

My mother in law had a yellow jacket nest in the basement the size of a basketball tucked in where it couldn’t be seen until it was too late. Yale came out very quickly, removed and disposed of the problem within 1 1/2 hrs of the call. The tech was courteous and professional. We could not be happier with the service that was provided.

I had a great experience today. I called around 10 am and spoke to the sweetest receptionist. She had someone scheduled to come out that same afternoon. Mike talked me through my concerns, made some recommendations and didn't try to swindle me out of money. I will use them in the future and recommend them without pause.
