Big Blue Bug Solutions has performed stellar work for our complex and we are pleased to contract with them quarterly for pest control and use their special services as well when needed. A HUGE SHOUTOUT OF GRATITUDE TO JAY, MIKE AND WREN for their meticulous work in removing bird nests from our building and sealing all entry points using materials that color-matched the building. Superb in every way.
If I could give 10000 stars I would !!!!!VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER HERE !!!!For over a month in my room right above my bed, I have been hearing rustling and scratching in the ceiling/walls. The noises were very unsettling, causing me to have multiple sleepless nights in fear that whatever was making the noise would come through my walls.I called exterminator after exterminator to identify and resolve the problem. However, nobody was able to help. I called 7 exterminators to be exact.With little to no hope, while being depressed, scared and uncomfortable to be in my own home. JD inspected the mice traps and pointed out mice activity. He sealed around newly installed gas pipes to prevent entry. As a result of ant spraying on the previous visit we no longer have ant activity. JD is professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and answers all questions.Services: Rodent extermination
