Michael is wonderful to work with. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. He did an excellent job!! He texts to say when he is arriving, and calls when he drives up to our house. He sends an email when he is done.
This review is for Raymond Santiago's visit here on 8/11/25. I must say Raymond is by far the most thorough technician you have sent here to date. He checked the garage for signs of rodent infestation, checked and refilled a completely empty outside station (by the way, this was a first by your company) and checked and refilled as necessary in the basement. He spent more time and energy doing a complete foundation and window/door treatment than I've ever had from Fox before.
Raymond is dependable, engaging, friendly, above all competent and truly a credit to your company.
If possible, I would like him to be my permanent technician of choice.
Domenic and Brenden were absolutely amazing. Well spoken, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop during the installation. They were great to talk to as well.
