Karen thoughtfully coordinated having my mother's body flown to be buried in California by another mortuary in California. She worked with my sister who lived near their funeral home and myself via phone in Michigan. “Our funeral director was Jenny and she was amazing when she took care of my mother-in-law all the way up until her burial. We have used Romero before for previous family members funerals and we’ve always been satisfied with the service. She showed great care for my mother in law and all the requests we had for her resting. She was understanding of our huge family and took everybody’s thoughts into consideration before any decisions were made.. she was very communicative with us up until the burial. Any questions we had she was prompting answering, and she would respond to any questions we had and gave us a perfect timeline of when everything would take place and worked really well with the cemetery that my mother in law was going to be buried at.
