The people here were very professional and compassionate, both when my dad passed and also with my mom. They handled retrieving personal items from hospice and took care of the remains being interred at Ft. Logan. They seemed to be timely and efficient. Unfortunately, the month following my mom's passing, Social Security posted a payment into Mom's bank account. I called and asked All Veterans if they had reported Mom's passing to Social Security as they said they would. They replied very vaguely saying they probably did as they usually do. I want to express my sincerest gratitude to All Veterans Funeral/Cremation for taking such wonderful care of my father. They went above and beyond our expectations, and the staff is very professional, friendly, kind, caring, and very supportive. About a month after my father's service they were so kind to follow up with me to see how my family and I have been doing, and to let me know that they are still there for me if I need anything. I truly appreciate their kindness, thoughtfulness, and continued support, and for that I am forever grateful. ? All arrangements were handled with kindness and professionally. Although going through a death is never pleasant, the staff at All Veterans made it a little easier for our whole family.
