DO NOT USE ALL VETERAN'S FUNERAL AND CREMATION!!! See or ask about Department of Regulatory Agencies case #2021-565. They were suspended from operating or advertising for 30 days for: 1) Improper handling of Personal Property. They stripped the ribbons and medals that my Stepfather earned over a 30+ year military career from his Army Dress Uniform. These were never recovered. They also misinformed my mother that his dress pants were not needed for his funeral in North Dakota, so they removed them from the garment bag. They were wrong as the pants were needed and now unavailable. 2) The improper handling of his remains. They improperly embalmed him and the bag in which he was transported back to West Fargo, ND was filled with fluid and he was in an advanced and irreversible rotted state. They were extremely rude and offered no condolences, no attempt to rectify the situation when the investigation was started, and absolutely no apology was given.
