No exaggerated emotions here. Monarch is completely accommodating with your wishes. I am a repeat customer. Each retrieval of my loved one’s body was performed by individuals dressed formally in somewhat a Victorian style- obviously the season and weather are factors- and in a most dignified manner. A beautiful quilt is provided as the final wrap.

Monarch Society is one of, if not the best, funeral home in the Denver metro area. They recently cared for my loved one and went above and beyond with preplanning and ensuring that everything my grandma and family wanted was accommodated. Justina definitely went above and beyond when handling my husband’s final wishes. She was so compassionate. Everything went without a hitch.
I reached out to her (after normal business hours) via email several times and was shocked when she responded almost immediately. I wasn’t expecting that. These were non-emergency items that could have been taken care of the following day.
Courtesy, kindness and professionalism were exhibited in all my dealings with her and her staff.
