She enabled me to retire my<br>parent's cremation ashes to their final resting place at their<br>Memorial Terrace columbarium with the dignity and respect<br>they deserved. (I've kept my parent's ashes at my home<br>for the last 22 years; it was time they had their own place.)<br><br>To say that Ms. Johnson was professional in executing my<br>wishes would be a gross understatement. She exceeded my<br>expectations in every step of the process which took several<br>conversations, emails and meetings over 3 months. It's not<br>as simple as it sounds. Ms. Johnson's patience, compassion<br>and knowledge was instrumental in carefully unraveling the<br>legal and physical complexities of the burial options in terms<br>I could understand.<br><br>She answered all my questions quickly in person and online.<br>And believe me, I had volumes and she never flinched and<br>was as courteous when we parted as when we first met. All<br>management, staff and inurnment crew were equally cordial.<br><br>A vivid example of her dedication – on the day of the inurnment<br>(placement of cremation urn in the columbarium niche), it was<br>92 dgs, 41% humidity and no wind on July 22, 2026. She stood<br>respectfully roasting under cloudless skies watching while<br>I performed 45 minutes of readings with a solo singer. She<br>wasn't obligated; but, that's a testimony to her character...to<br>see the process through from beginning to end, personally.<br><br>Kudos and thank you, Ms Johnson, for sharing this solemn<br>farewell to my parents with me.<br><br>Timothy B , Major, USAF(RET)”
