Jules was very helpful in planning and making our final arrangements. We aren’t planning on “checking out” anytime soon, but we wanted to ensure that our sons did not have to make decisions or pay for anything when the time came. Jules (or Julia, I think she answers to both) understood what we wanted and was able to answer all our questions.
