She customizes each session to fit individual needs, ensuring both beginners and advanced students progress effectively. She is very particular and will make sure you learn/relearn how to move in a safe manner. I bring the techniques she taught me everywhere in my life - daily movements, barre classes, or yoga. You will always feel in safe hands!“

5716 Ammons St, Arvada“I have only been going to Personal Pilates for a short while now, but the essence of this studio is in the name. This studio has a personal approach towards health and wellness.Depending on what you are looking for or what you need, they offer a collection of classes. Each class has a comfortable amount of people in them allowing proper attention to detail from both student and instructor.Prices are competitive with the market, although I do wish they were more affordable so I could go even more often :)I look forward to enjoying many classes to come.“
“If you want more strength, movement, endurance, energy and resilience everyday (and when you ski, camp, hike and yoga) add some joie de vivre! Ansley has the expertise and care to guide the way with a unique, skilled and creative approach to Pilates.“
“Jill is incredibly knowledgeable about so many facets of health and the body. When I started working with her several years ago I thought I would just being going to a regular Pilates class but she is so much more than that. I am now much more aware of my posture, flexibility, what forms of physical activity work best for my body and how to maximize strength and exercise. Her expertise is worth every penny!“

I consider it my secret weapon - if more guys knew how effective this is at strengthening your core and improving your balance, more would do it. For me, I've gone from potential back surgery to the fittest shape of my life! The staff and community are great at this studio.“

899 Logan St UNIT 115, Denver“After 9 surgeries including 3 neck fusions it is safe to say I have had just about every type of physical therapy and modality (range of motion, stretching, mobility, accupuncture, trigger point, massage, electro stim, red light, pulsed magnetic wave, injections, heat packs, cold packs...you name it I have had it) I can honestly say that meeting Todd and Jen and going through the SymFit program has been life altering. Not only do they address the acute issues but their techniques get at the underlying causes and help you to help yourself. If you want a massage and a warm compress go to your traditional PT provider. If you want to get better and have a higher quality of life go to the best... SymFit.“

She can modify to accommodate your needs. I’m stronger and more aware of my body and how it moves. I have also had sessions with Ariel. Best place for pilates, hands down. ?“

4928 W 29th Ave, Denver“My amazing rolfing massage therapist suggested I go to pilates to round out my work on healing chronic pain issues. The person I was referred to had just retired, so I tried working with Caroline Sanders. I am so grateful to have Caroline in my life! She and Allison Brenner work with me to deal with past injuries and avoid new ones as I age. Caroline is so perceptive; she guides subtle changes that make big differences. Thanks to her, I'm a couple of inches taller and a lot healthier and happier!“

3650 Blake St, Denver“The parking is horrendous. I drove around the block twice and had to pay for a parking garage. Especially for a 6pm class. The class is really hard and high energy. I struggled understanding what to do as this was my first time doing Pilates and there's no one in particular to follow. A lot of people were doing different variations from what the instructor said so it was difficult to follow. I felt great afterwards and will definitely want to try again now that I know what to expect“
“This has been my favorite gym ever. I look forward to going which makes me consistent. When I first joined I love 16 pounds in 6 weeks and kept it off!“
“I've been going to Club Pilates Bel Mar for almost a year. It is a fabulous studio in my opinion! They create a real sense of community too, participating in things like a school supply drive, or bikes for 2nd graders. All the instructors are amazing - professional, caring, helpful, thorough and kind! They make you feel welcome the second you step in the door. High recommend!“

7705 Wadsworth Blvd Suite 13, Arvada“The studio is large and clean and they have a ton of equipment. Workout was good and staff was friendly. Seemed like a bit too much small talk/side convo for me at 6am but that's just me and my preference. Large shared parking lot so parking shouldn't be an issue.“
“I’ve been going here for a few months now and it’s been the only group fitness place I’ve ever been able to stick to.The instructors, every single one of them, is fantastic. I have some limitations with my body and all of the instructors have been accommodating and more than happy to help with alternative moves. This is the best shape I’ve ever been in but I do go 3-4 times per week. I will say that it’s extremely hard to get into evening classes unless you’re booking a bit in advance. I switched to unlimited so that I can go to both studios if I forget to book in advance and the other Thornton location is just as fantastic.I’ve also noticed a lot of reviews saying they charge you $10 for no shows. I don’t believe that’s accurate. My understanding is that they charge you $10 if you cancel within 12 hours of the class time. I’ve been charged a couple times and it was only in those cases. They seem to be more understanding though if you call and explain why you can’t come. I had car troubles once and didn’t get charged the cancellation fee because I called and explained.I cannot recommend this place enough.“
