We rescued a 4-month-old puppy who came with few behavioral challenges leash pulling, being scared and shy in new situations, and getting pretty wound up and overstimulated. As new rescue parents, we knew we needed guidance to help her build confidence and good habits.

I rescued a 2yr old husky mix over the summer and brought her to flash for the 3-week training program a few weeks after bringing her home. My dog (Phoebe) was struggling w/ overall anxiety, severe separation anxiety, and on-leash dog reactivity. Flash helped her so much — but also helped ME so much. I feel so equipped to give her the structure and guidance she needs to be happy — which has helped each of her behavioral struggles get so much better week over week and month over month. I've been a client here for years, but now I won't be coming back. I purchased a pet gate & was assured at check out that if it didn't work, it would be an easy return. The gate ended up being faulty. The latch didn't work. When I went to return my product 3 days later with my receipt in hand, I was told that I could only have store credit because it was over $100. Which is NOT store policy. No one even asked why I was returning it. Manager didn't even blink or apologize, just just dug in her heels & told me no. I've filed a formal complaint with corporate. Poor customer service.“

“I brought in my daughter's hamster due to an issue with his ear. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff and vet were very compassionate and presented me with a variety of treatment options. Unfortunately, the issue was not something that could be effectively treated and was related to old age. My daughter said she felt much better after having a chance to speak with the vet about her pet. All in all, a great experience.“

“The reviews were right! This is a great place to take your pup for daycare! We take Dipper here at least twice a week and I can tell he has a great time because of all the hilarious photos that are uploaded to his report card. Gold star to the person who took the .5 picture of his nose up close- we were dying laughing that day!Although Dipper hasn't attended a special event yet, I think it's great that there are special events scattered throughout the months for the pups- at an extra cost, but I think it's worth it for the day! We even try to get Dipper a bath service once a month- they do it all here!This place would be PERFECT if there were live cameras just to check-in. “I could not be happier with the ladies that took care of Jauz at vetco. Ashley, Lauren, Yaris, Jada, Dr Aiko and the rest of the ladies got great practice on wrapping Jauz’s arm to allow his wound to heal over the last few weeks. There were many decisions we had to make to ensure this would healed nicely and every choice they made was the correct one.

I went to the back with them to hold him down each visit, and seeing their operation back there made me confident to come back here with any issues my dogs may have. I would trust them with my pets life and quite frankly my life as well. I will not be going to any other vet but the vetco on wads.“
