Long overdue review. We found this location from online recommendations, specifically ones mentioning nervous dogs or dogs needing socializing. Our dog, Morticia, always showed signs of nervousness/fearfulness and would get a bit too excited around new dogs, but is very sweet with us. We boarded her with Cottonwood for 2 weeks after bringing Morticia weekly for daycare 10 weeks before our trip -- we wanted to make sure staff and Morticia were comfortable and confident.

Our puppy, Marvin, absolutely loves spending the day at Cottonwood Kennels. He gets so excited every time we pull in the drive and he never wants to leave.
Sometimes they post photos on their Facebook and Instagram and it’s easy to see why he loves it so much. They always look like they’re having so much fun!
The staff is super friendly. Booking a spot online is easy and they get back to you quickly. We usually book a day or two in advance and haven’t had any issues getting a spot.

This is a great kennel for day care and for overnight boarding. We like that the dogs have a nice outdoor play area and small dogs are separated from large ones. Whenever we drop our pup off, he's excited to go run around with the other dogs. They also take great care of him when we board him. overnight.
