The vets were very friendly and helpful. They were also very informative and clear to understand. They were with us quick and the service was great and fast. The front desk woman was also wonderful. We had a good conversation and she gave me a flyer to help me with future appointments by getting a membership. Overall great experience!
I took my cat for a neurology checkup and worked with Dr Shannon McCollough and staff. The receptionist, assistant, and doctor all provided amazing service, care, and attention. They took their time and were thorough in their evaluation. They were extremely informative and provided options that fit my budget. I can't thank them enough for their time, attention, and care. They made a stressful experience (for myself and kitty) a good one. I appreciate you all so much!
I have nothing to say but good things about my experience here. Every person I interacted with from the nice lady at the front desk to employees walking by was kind and friendly. Thank you all so much for everything you did to ease my mind and take care of my little baby. ♥
